Software I built for real businesses.

Custom software, built for one business at a time. Each one solves a real problem for a specific owner, and runs today. Three of them, below.

01

A motorcycle parts shop

A financial cockpit built to replace a broken spreadsheet.

The problem

The owner ran his whole shop on one spreadsheet. It only updated when he sat at that one computer, and it stopped adding up the day he switched machines. He wanted a spending limit per category, and a straight answer on his phone: can I invest this month, or do I need to slow down?

What I built

A system he opens in his browser or on his phone. I moved his full spreadsheet history in, then rebuilt the logic so it can no longer break the way a spreadsheet does.

What it does today

  • His revenue, expenses, result, and profit margin for the month, at a glance.
  • A spending limit per category, with bars that turn red the moment he goes over.
  • One clear signal: "Can invest" or "Need to brake", naming exactly which categories blew the budget.
  • Log an expense in seconds, straight from his phone.
  • One login. No spreadsheet to open, no formulas to break.

A digital strategy agency

One platform for an agency that ran on scattered tools.

The problem

A digital strategy agency builds and runs the online operation for a roster of info-product creators. Pages took days to ship and were spread across three different providers. Sales had no tracking. And the campaign know-how had walked out the door with a former employee, leaving a black box nobody could open.

What I built

One platform where every creator gets their own space, on shared foundations. A members area, contact tracking, email, and WhatsApp, together instead of scattered across five tools.

What it does today

  • The moment someone buys, their membership card is created and ready to download, with no manual work.
  • Every contact tracked: who they are, where they are in the funnel, and every interaction.
  • Email campaigns with ready-made templates that send themselves on a schedule.
  • WhatsApp on autopilot: it fills and rotates groups, queues messages for a human to approve, and tags every link so a sale can be traced back to the campaign that made it.
  • Class scheduling with automatic reminders, plus an affiliate program where partners sign their contract right on the page.
  • It keeps running in the background on its own, day and night.

A clinic management platform

The system a clinic runs its whole day on.

The problem

A small clinic runs on scattered pieces: a separate calendar for each professional, loose notes, payments tracked by hand. One shared system pulls it together, where each person sees only what their job needs.

What I built

This one is a partnership. I build the product, so this is what the system does, not a business story. One place the whole clinic works from: the front desk schedules, the professional writes notes, and everyone is walled off from what is not theirs to see.

What it does today

  • Everyone on the team sees only what their role allows, and nothing more.
  • Scheduling that repeats appointments, blocks double-bookings, and stays in sync with each professional’s Google Calendar.
  • Private session notes, locked so only the professional who wrote them can open them.
  • Every time a record is opened it is logged, and that log can never be altered.
  • Payments, session packages, and subscriptions, all tracked in one place.
  • The clinic’s chat assistant can book appointments straight into the calendar, safely.
Live, with a pilot clinic.

I document how I build, every day.
